Every quote we send is all-inclusive: bar, equipment, halal-certified stock, trained servers, setup, service and cleanup. The figures below are our standard starting points so you can budget before you speak to us.

Essentials — from £1,250
- Up to 75 guests, 2 hours of continuous service
- One self-contained bubble tea bar, two trained servers
- Three teas and three toppings, unlimited serves within the hours booked

Signature — from £1,950
- Up to 150 guests, 3 hours of continuous service
- One premium bar with backdrop, two to three servers
- Five teas and five toppings, oat and soy milk as standard
- Branded cup sleeves and a printed menu board in your colours
Flagship — from £3,200
- Up to 300 guests, 4 hours of continuous service
- Two bars running in parallel, four servers, 200+ drinks an hour
- Full menu: nine teas, eight toppings, cheese foam and seasonal specials
- Custom-branded bar wrap, cups and signage, plus an on-site event lead
Per-guest pricing
For events that do not fit a package, we price per guest. Expect £9 to £16 per guest depending on service length, menu size, branding and location. Minimum spend is £1,250 inside the M25 and £1,500 outside it.

How much does bubble tea catering cost per person?
Between £9 and £16 per guest for most UK events. Shorter services with a smaller menu sit at the lower end; branded, multi-bar events with a full menu sit at the top.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes — £1,250 inside the M25 and £1,500 elsewhere in the UK. This covers staffing, vehicle and equipment costs that apply regardless of guest numbers.
What deposit do you take?
A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due seven days before the event. Dates are held for 72 hours while you decide.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are quoted excluding VAT, which is added at the standard rate on your invoice.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Usually, yes. Tell us your budget and guest count and we will build the longest, best-stocked service that fits it rather than quoting something you have to cut down.
